Returns & Refund Support

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with the conditions shown on the product page or order confirmation.

To request a return:

1. Contact service@zddrelt.com
2. Include your order number and reason for the request
3. Wait for return instructions before sending the item back

Returned products should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

Shipping charges, non-returnable products, and promotional items may be excluded from refunds where permitted by law.
